Returns and Refunds

As a small business it is super important to us that you have an amazing experience with our products and love them as much as we do. 

While we are convinced you will love our products as much as we do, to give you peace of mind, we offer a 28 day, no-questions-asked return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) or have simply changed your mind about your purchase from, you may return the product(s) to us if you contact us within 28 calendar days of delivery of the product. If you choose to return a product you are liable for the costs of returning that product. Using a tracked postal service is advised as well as obtaining proof of postage for your own records. Returned product(s) must be new and unused in their original packaging. 

To make a return request, e-mail to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number before shipping your product(s). Please include the following information when emailing for an RA number: customer name, order number, and reason for the return. If the product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please indicate this so we can do our best to resolve the issue. To process your refund, we ask that products be returned within 5 days of the date that we issue the RA.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you want an alternative colour or product, you’d need to return your order and place a new order.

Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable; this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or on item(s) where a delivery is refused. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund in the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. 

You will receive a refund within 10 days of either the Reuzeable getting the goods back, or you providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
